技術說明

一種液冷式散熱板之製造方法，係包含：備有一基板，該基板係具有一表面及數個散熱件，各該散熱件具有相對之一第一端及一第二端，該散熱件係以該第一端結合於該表面；備有一上蓋，該上蓋係設有數個穿孔；將該上蓋蓋設於該基板之該表面，使該散熱件之第二端嵌卡於該穿孔；及以一無探針型焊接工具抵接於該上蓋與該散熱件之交界處，並進行摩擦攪拌焊接，以焊接該基板及該上蓋，以獲得一液冷式散熱板。本發明液冷式散熱板之製造方法，使該上蓋不易變形並且可以緊密結合於該基板，進而可以達到提高該液冷式散熱板的結構強度之功效。 A fabricating method of liquid cooling plate includes: a board, which has a surface and several heat sink parts with opposite first and second ends, and this first end of this heat sink part linked to this surface; a upper cover, which has several perforations; this upper cover located on this surface of this board, so that this second end of this heat sink part embedded into this perforation; and a pinless welding tool abutted to the junction between this upper cover and this heat sink part to conduct the friction stir welding, and to product a liquid cooling plate. This invent for a fabricating method of liquid cooling plate enabled that the upper cover is not easily deformed and can be tightly bonded to this board, so that the structural strength of this liquid cooling plate can be effectively promoted.
