本發明為一種具有多重反應性官能基之磁性奈米粒子複合物，包括一磁性奈米粒子與一生物可相容之共軛高分子。此磁性奈米粒子複合物可應用於磁振造影之顯影劑與追蹤劑，可提高影像對比。高分子表面具有反應性官能基，可作為藥物載體。此外，在本發明之製備過程不使用界面活性劑或分散劑就可使磁性奈米粒子複合物均勻分散於水中。因此，本發明提供具有多重反應性官能基之磁性奈米粒子複合物及其製備方法。 關鍵字：磁振造影、顯影劑、磁性奈米粒子、聚苯胺。 This invention provides magnetic nanocomposites with multi-biofunctional groups, which comprise a core of magnetic nanoparticle and a shell of biocompatible conjugated polymer. They can be applied as contrast agent and tracer in magnetic resonance imaging to enhance the contrast of images and chasing some unusual diseases. They also can be used as drug carrier by the bonding of drug with biofunctional groups on the surface of conjugated polymer. Besides, the magnetic nanocomposites can be prepared and dispersed in water easily without using any surfactant and dispersant.
