技術說明

一種三維形貌輪廓量測裝置及其方法，其係投射一條紋光束以及一光斑光束至一待測物體上，並擷取由該待測物體反射之一變形條紋光束以及變形光斑光束，而得到相應的一條紋影像與一光斑影像。接著，根據該光斑影像決定出該待測物體表面上之每一位置所具有之一絕對相位資訊，並由該絕對相資訊轉換成對應該位置之一絕對深度，以及根據該條紋影像決定出每一位置之相對相位資訊，並由該相對相位資訊轉換成對應該位置之一相對深度。將每一位置所具有之絕對深度與相對深度組合以形成該位置之一深度，進而得到該待測物體之表面形貌。 The present invention provides measuring apparatus and method for three-dimensional profilometry of an object, wherein a speckle beam and a fringe beam are projected onto the object and reflected therefrom for forming deformed speckle beam and fringe beams that are separately acquired by an image acquiring device thereby obtaining a speckle image utilized to determine an absolute phase information of each position on the surface of the object, and a fringe image utilized to determine a relative phase information for each position of the surface of the object. Each absolute phase information and each relative phase information corresponding to each position are respectively converted into an absolute depth and a relative depth. Finally, a depth information of each position on the surface of the object is calculated by combining the corresponding absolute depth and the relative depth whereby the surface profile of the object can be established.
