本發明提供一種可撓性透明導電膜之製作方法,其包含以下步驟:(a)電紡絲一含有一高分子、一溶劑與一含有金屬離子之前驅物的第一溶液,以在一可溶性基板上形成一含有金屬離子的高分子纖維網;(b)於該步驟(a)後,對該含有金屬離子的高分子纖維網提供一能量,以使該高分子纖維網所含的金屬離子還原成奈米金屬晶種;及(c)於該步驟(b)後,將該高分子纖維網放置於一第二溶液中以溶解該可溶性基板,並使經溶解後的可溶性基板與該第二溶液共同構成一無電鍍浴,從而實施無電鍍以於該高分子纖維網外圍包覆有一金屬層。 This invention provides a method for making flexible transparent conductive film, which comprises the following steps of (a) electrospinning a first solution containing a polymer, a solvent, and a precursor that contains metallic ions, so as to form a polymeric fiber web containing metallic ions on a soluble substrate; (b) after the step (a), providing an energy to the polymeric fiber web containing metallic ions such that the metallic ions contained within the polymeric fiber web is reduced to metallic nano-seeds; (c) after the step (b), placing the polymeric fiber web into a second solution so as to dissolve the soluble substrate such that an electroless bath consists of the dissolved soluble substrate and the second solution, and thus conducts electroless plating so as to encompass a metallic layer surrounding the polymeric fiber web.
