與氫氧基磷灰石之高度結合能力的胜肽,常具有親和骨質,甚至是骨靶向之潛力。本發明則是以獲得高礦質親和力之化合物為目的;發明產出胜肽之顯著親和性乃來自於一分歧型骨架。分歧型聚天門冬胺酸胜肽是以聚離胺酸所成之分散型架構為基本骨幹,表面接合天門冬胺酸,形成不同代數、不同天門冬胺酸數目的產出物多款。再透過充填有氫氧基磷灰石為固相支持物之層析法進行礦質親和性分析,可比較各產出物在管柱中滯留時間之不同做為礦質親和能力差異之參考。 Peptides with highly binding affinity to hydroxylapatite (HAP) may posses bone affinity and bone targeting potentials. This invention focuses on the discovery of the novel compounds with high mineral binding affinity. The affinity of invented peptides to HAP is significantly contributed by their branched skeleton. The branched polyaspartates are constructed based on lysine dendron, which conjugates aspartatic acid on the surface, and result various sizes and different aspartate amounts. For evaluation of their mineral affinity, the affinity chromatography using hydroxylapatite as stationary phase is applied in this invention.
