技術說明

白藜蘆醇（resveratrol）之應用，包括使用白藜蘆醇以提升幹細胞之降血糖效益的方法，以及使用白藜蘆醇於製造一降血糖套組。該方法係包含以白藜蘆醇處理幹細胞；該套組係包含一第一部分以及一第二部分，該第一部分係包含幹細胞，且該第二部分係包含白藜蘆醇。經由以白藜蘆醇處理幹細胞，可提升幹細胞之降血糖效益，尤其可提升幹細胞之降低因胰臟損傷所造成之高血糖的效益。 Uses of resveratrol are provided, including the use of resveratrol in a method for enhancing the effect of stem cells on decreasing blood glucose level, and the use of resveratrol in the manufacture of a kit for decreasing blood glucose level. The method comprises treating stem cells with resveratrol, and the kit comprises a first part and a second part, wherein the first part comprises stem cells and the second part comprises resveratrol. With the treatment with resveratrol, the effect of stem cells in decreasing blood glucose level, especially the effect of decreasing high blood glucose level caused by pancreatic injury could be enhanced.
