Method for forming a scratch resistance and hydrophobic layer on a metal surface includes the procedures such as plasma pretreatment (the surface of the metal is pretreated by plasmas) and deposition of anti-scratch hydrophobic layer (the anti-scratch hydrophobic layer deposited onto the plasma-pretreated surface of the metal by plasma method).
