技術說明

一種混波電路，包含一第一單端轉差動器、一混波器、一第一電感傳輸線~一第四電感傳輸線、一第一電晶體，及一第二電晶體，該混頻器接收一差動振盪電壓和一由該第一電晶體和該第二電晶體所產生的差動輸入電流，並將該差動輸入電流和該差動振盪電壓進行混頻，以產生一差動混頻電壓，而該第一電感傳輸線和該第二電感傳輸線使來自該第一電晶體和該第二電晶體的控制端的一等效輸入阻抗匹配於該第一單端轉差動器的一等效輸出阻抗，進而提升該轉換增益。 A mixer circuit includes a single-ended to differential converter, first and second transistors, first to fourth inductive transmission lines, and a mixer. The first and second transistors receive a differential input voltage signal pair from the single-ended to differential converter and generate a differential input current signal pair. The mixer mixes the differential input current signal pair with a differential oscillatory voltage signal pair. The first and second inductive transmission lines are configured such that an equivalent input impedance seen into the first and second transistors matches an equivalent output impedance seen into the first single-ended to differential converter.
