技術說明

現地水工混凝土結構物承受流水夾帶砂石的衝擊而損傷破壞之過程與機理極為複雜,影響因素很多,不易在實驗室中確實地模擬其行為,本裝置採用滾筒式設計方式,可變換滾筒轉速與調整混凝土試體承受砂石水流衝擊之曝露高度,滾筒內可同時置入不同數量之實際砂石及/或各種不同尺寸之鋼珠球,配合不同高度之水量,藉由滾動筒身,藉此模擬不同含砂石量之水流、不同流速之水流及承受不同損傷行為之試體(亦即,僅混凝土試體表面承受含砂石水流磨損作用或凸出試體承受含砂石水流之撞擊與磨損作用)等不同變數組合之試驗,期能藉此提升在實驗室中能以此裝置確實模擬現地水工構造物損傷機理的可行性,以量化與建立水工混凝土構造物抵抗水流衝刷之功能指標。 The damage and failure process and mechanism for the in-situ hydraulic concrete structures caused by flow containing debris are extremely complicated. Too many influencing factors results in difficulty to realistically simulate its behavior at the laboratory. This device uses a rotating drum with adjustable rotating speeds and exposure heights of concrete specimens. Different amounts of real sand and gravel and/or various sizes of steel spheres together with different heights of water level can be placed into the drum. By rotating the drum, it can simulate various combinations of experiments that include the flow with different amounts of sand and gravel, different flowing speed and various exposure types of specimens. It is anticipated that this device can enhance the feasibility of simulating a realistic damage mechanism of in-situ hydraulic structures in the laboratory and establish its performance index of resistance to the erosion due to flow containing debris.
