技術說明

本發明提出一種能夠應用於再生能源換流器之類比式控制器，這個控制器適合採用類比積體電路設計技術，接收再生能源與市電之輸出電壓與電流資訊，並根據此資訊來適應性地調整導通時間，以提高再生能源的輸出功率效益。因為使用類比積體電路來實現此最大功率追蹤控制裝置，相較於先前技術，本方法之電路實現成本較低且容易使用並整合至再生能源換流器中。 本發明的目的之一，是在不同環境因素條件之下，為了讓再生能源的輸出功率可以最大化，利用本發明所提出換流器之控制器，適應性調整導通時間，可獲得換流器與發電裝置之輸出電壓與電流特性曲線的最佳化關係，透過此運作機制可得到輸出最大功率之效果。 In this invention, an analog inverter controller circuit is proposed which can applied to many kinds of renewable energy sources. The controller is suitable for employing the analog IC technology.The controller can adaptively adjusts the duty ratio according to the grid voltage and current signal and thus, enhances the output efficiency. Compared to existing inverters, the high power output efficiency of renewable energy sources can be achieved with low process complex, low cost, reduced size by employing the analog inverter controller circuit. One of the targets of this invention is to reach maximum output power under different enviromental conditions. Taking the advantage of the adaptively adjusting duty cycle, the inverter can reach an optimized relationship between output voltage and output current. And the maximum output power is gauranteed.
