技術說明

我們發展出一種週期性訊號峰值偵測法,其中包括「加權極值包絡線」、「機率加權遮罩」和「封包訊雜比」三種方法。在經過前處理過後的訊號上使用加權極值包絡線,能夠更精準的找到訊號峰值的位置,透過估測峰值發生的機率分布並據以產生加權遮罩,將訊號乘以機率加權遮罩,再由加權極值包絡線找出修正後的峰值位置,重複這些步驟可增加準確度。若訊號波動訊雜比不佳時,將長度不同的加權極值包絡線相減做為封包訊雜比,當計算出的封包訊雜比越大,代表該位置是峰值處的正確性越高。 Identifying peaks or spikes in a given time-series is important in many applications such as periodical physiology signal analysis. Peaks indicate significant events such as heart contraction, sudden increase in price/volume, sharp rise in demand, bursts in data traffic etc. Traditional way to find peaks is to search the zeros crossing points of the first derivative of data then applies some criteria on these candidates. Our method is intended for detect the peaks of periodical signals that events or bursts are happened in a stationary way, in other words, peaks are always happen within a certain big range and two peaks never co-exist within a certain small range. Any preprocessing can be apply to the data first then fed to this method, such like time/frequency domain noise/interference cancellations and feature detection, autocorrelation/crosscorrelation, etc.
