雙軸細胞組織拉伸機構Biaxial tissue-stretched device

雙軸細胞拉伸儀,為一個可程式化控制不同軸向對細胞產生應力之生物反應器。使用高移動精密度之雙軸傳動結構,可以同時對多組試件產生相同之拉伸/壓縮應力,此外亦可藉由高溫度和環境耐受性的小型馬達來提供精準的出力,並在施力結構組上架設一高精度位移偵測器,以確保在實驗中力學刺激的信度與效度。本設計著重在雙軸同步/非同步應力施加的控制上,且藉由可程式化流程設計,實驗者可對待觀測細胞設計一連串不同的力學刺激,並即時觀察不同力學刺激對細胞在短期內相同/不同拉伸頻率或長期相同設定下的影響。 A programmable and economical bioreactor which can provide both uni- and bi-axial mechanical stimulus with high reliability for cell mechanosensing experiments. The novel mechanical drive system, including two high-resolution non-regular rolling screws, can provide equal tension/compression force on several cell chambers at the same time. Precise compact stepping motors with hard condition resistant are also applied in this design to make sure the accuracy of stretching rate of the cell chamber. Position sensors are set along the axial on the device to test the reliability andvalidity of the force stimulus produced in the experiment. Another focus of this design is the programmable stretch stimulation in uni-axial and bi-axial directionality. Through this control program, researcher can observe cell characteristics under a serious of stimulation with diverse parameters such as different force applying duration, force application type and tension/compression frequency.
