技術說明

利用剪力裝置及兩段式自動切削機構，乾草包置於迴轉裝置上，自動夾持下壓，再利用第一段剪力式切削機構由草包外層切削，削下之片狀草料再由下方水平式切斷機構予以切成等長度之草料，達到切碎均勻性佳且需求動力小之功用。本設備具一組三角齒主動輪、一組圓柱型被動輪，可緩慢轉動草包，第一段剪力式切削刀具固定，在乾草包轉動時由下方草包外層切下約5公分厚度之草料，經出料口垂直向下滑動，經光電開關測得草料後，啟動水平切刀，將片狀草料切成約5公分長度的草料，達到圓型乾草包之解包目的。 Using a shearing machine and automatic cutting mechanism of two-stage, dry straw bag placed on the rotating device, automatic clamping pressure and used the first paragraph of shear cutting mechanism by outer cutting straw bag, cutting flakes of hay and then be cut below by the horizontal cutting mechanism such as the length of the grass, cut up the reach uniformity function of dynamic small and demand. The device with a triangular tooth wheel, a set of cylindrical passive wheel, slowly rotating rice stalk bag, first paragraph of the shear type cutting tool fixed, rotating in the rice stalk bag by the outer layer of the bottom cut of about 5 cm thickness of the forage, the vertical sliding down a gate, measured by the optical switch forage, start level cutter, cut the sheet about 5 cm length of forage, to round the package unpack purposes.
