衝切高分子樹脂薄板完成光亮且具高透光性之衝切斷面方法

本創作之衝切技術為一透過加熱之衝切裝置,配合刀模之幾何外型設計,於衝切動作中,受加熱的刀模刀身與被衝切物產生熔固之物理效果,使得衝切刀具離開受衝切物後,受衝切物之完成端面可形成一光亮的表面,並藉其與研磨製程所完成的裁切物端面透光強度做比較,證實本創作之衝切技術不僅可使被衝切物端面光亮,更具有不亞於經由研磨製程所完成之端面的高透光強度。本創作為一可加熱的衝切成形技術,衝切成型完成的物件端面,光亮且透光性高,用以製作導光板上,可有效提升導光板品質並免除舊有製程的繁瑣程序與汙染。 In this study, the punching technology is developed to cut thin epoxy plate to obtain a punching surface with high optical transparency and high brightness through the equipping heating system on the punching devices and the design in geometric shape of the cutter die. In the punching process, the physical phenomenon of melting solid occurs when the blade of heated cutter die contacts the materials. Because of the phenomenon, a bright cutting surface can be obtained after the punching process. According to the result of luminous intensity examination, the specimens cut by the punching technology showed a higher optical transparency compared with the specimen fabricated by the grinding process. These experimental results demonstrated that thin epoxy plates cut by the punching technology have not only a bright cutting surface, but also a high optical transparency.
