電壓轉換器之小訊號模型產生方法及系統、電腦程式產品

一種電壓轉換器之小訊號模型產生方法,包含下述步驟:接收該電壓轉換器之電路佈局資料;將電路佈局資料中的順向導通元件以另一開關元件取代以形成不同導通狀態的多筆代換電路資料,再依據該等代換電路資料換算對應導通狀態/非導通狀態的電流方程式及電壓方程式;依據電流方程式及電壓方程式求出流經開關元件及順向導通元件的電流小訊號方程式及電壓小訊號方程式,並捨去直流項與小擾動之高階項以得到模型公式;以及將電壓轉換器之開關元件及順向導通元件代換為模型公式之電流及電壓,並依據重疊定理輸出對應的小訊號模型資料。 Up to now, the switching power supply is widely used in the industry. Furthermore, new topologies of the switching power supply are coming out. However, how to know the stability of the switching power supply and how to design its controller depend on its small-signal AC model. After this, such a time-domain model is translated to an s-domain model, from which the control-to-output transfer function can be obtained. Accordingly, whether system is stable or not can be determined, and after this, the controller parameters can be worked out. There are three traditional methods for deriving the small-signal AC model. One is the basic AC modeling approach; another is the state-space averaging; the other is the circuit averaging and averaged switch modeling. In this patent, simple modeling of the DC-DC converter is presented, which is based on the current in the switch and the voltage on the switch, together with some other variables.
