技術說明

本發明係為一種液面高度量測模組，包含有：一容器，其具有一開口，該容器用以置於一待測區域中以提供一液體由該開口流入該容器內；以及一數位電子裝置，具有一鏡頭，該數位電子裝置係結合於該容器，並使該鏡頭的一光軸朝向並垂直於一待測平面，且該鏡頭係藉由一光源進行照明而以定焦方式進行攝影，並攝得一影像畫面串流；其中，該液體呈現於該影像畫面串流的任一影像畫面中係具有對應的液面影像，以將該對應的液面影像進行一影像分析，而計算得知該液體所對應之高度。 A module for measuring the height of a liquid surface is provided. The module comprises: a container and a digital electronic device. The container which has an opening is placed in a subject area for providing a fluid flowing into the container through the opening. The digital electronic device which has a lens is disposed within the container and an optical axis of the lens is toward and is perpendicular to a subject plane. Illuminated by a light source, the lens photography in a fixed focus and captures an image picture streaming. Wherein, the fluid presented in any one image picture of the image picture streaming has a corresponding liquid surface image. Calculating the corresponding liquid surface image by an image analysis, a corresponding height of the fluid can be obtained.
