技術說明

本發明的主要目的在於揭露一種蛋白質純化方法，係利用無機層狀材料作為吸附材料，在與蛋白質溶液混合之後可以使蛋白質溶液純化，在分離之後可以得到純化的蛋白質溶液。一種蛋白質純化的方法包括：提供蛋白質水溶液；於蛋白質水溶液中加入吸附材料混和均勻以形成第一混和溶液；進行第一次分離步驟，以分離第一混和溶液成為固液兩相；將緩衝溶液加入含有目標蛋白質之固相以形成第二混和溶液；以及對第二混和溶液執行第二次分離步驟以得到純化後之蛋白質溶液。 A method for purifying protein solution is provided. Aprotein solution is first provided. An absorption material is mixed into the protein solution to form a first solution. The first solution is separated into solid-liquid two phases by a first separation process. A buffer solution is added into the solid phase with a target protein to form a second solution. Then, a second separation process is performed to separate the second solution to obtain a protein solution.
