技術說明

導電度的量測電路包括運算放大器、偏流電流源、補償電流源以及輸出級電路。運算放大器的第一輸入端接收參考電壓，第二輸入端耦接至受測體，其輸出端產生補償電壓。偏流電流源提供偏流電流至偏壓端點。補償電流源依據補償電壓以由偏壓端點汲取補償電流。輸出級電路提供轉導值及輸出端等效電阻，依據補償電壓以產生輸出電流，並依據輸出電流以及轉導值以產生輸出信號。 A conductance measurement circuit includes an operation amplifier, a bias current source, a compensation current source and an output stage circuit. A first input end of the operation amplifier receives a reference voltage, a second input end of the operation amplifier is coupled to a tested end, and an output end thereof outputs a compensation voltage. The bias current source provides a bias current to the bias end. The output stage circuit provides a trans-conductance value and an output end equivalent resistance, generates an output current according to the compensation voltage, and generates an output voltage according to the output current and the trans-conductance value.
