技術說明

一種聚苯胺複合材料，包含一基質以及一填充物。基質為具導電性的聚苯胺。填充物填充於基質中，其中填充物包含一碳基質，其由石墨烯所組成；以及一金屬成分，其附著於碳基質上。另外，亦提供了所述複合材料的製造方法。經由添加金屬成分於石墨烯以增加導電性，大大提升了聚苯胺複合材料的電磁屏蔽效率。電磁波屏蔽材料可以避免電子元件在擁擠的裝置內相互干擾，這對於電磁波敏感的元件相當重要，尤其是軍規要求的設唄。另外，電磁波屏蔽材料也可以避免高頻設備對人體的影響。 Polyaniline composites comprise a matrix and fillers. The matrix is polyaniline having electrical conductivity. The fillers are used to fill the matrix. The fillers composed of graphene and a metallic component which is attached on the faces of the graphene. Besides, manufacturing method of the polyaniline composites is also provided. Due to decorations of the metallic component on graphene, the conductivity and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the polyaniline composites are enhanced significantly.
