可產生穩定多光渦流光束之干涉儀裝置及干涉方法INTERFEROMETER AND INTERFERENCE METHOD FOR GENERATING STABLE VORTEX BEAM

本發明系一可產生穩定多光渦流光束及陣列光渦流雷射光束的干涉儀裝置(Interferometer),其中干涉儀包括一分光鏡(Beam spliter) 、一偏極化分光鏡(Polarizing Beam spliter, PBS)、兩平面鏡、一個Dove 稜鏡。通過系統的厄米-高斯雷射光(Hermite-Gaussian laser beam)或恩斯-高斯模(Ince-Gaussian laser beam),會轉成多光渦流雷射光束。當通過特定的厄米-高斯模或Even 恩斯-高斯模IGp,p模時,可產生光渦流陣列型雷射光束。經此結構產生之光渦流光束及陣列光渦流雷射光束在聚焦或傳播時,光束的橫截面光場圖案能恆定維持。 The present invention provides apparatus of interferometer for generation of vortex array laser beams. The interferometer includes a beam-spliter, a polarizing beam-spliter, two mirrors and one Dove-prism. After passing through the proposed interferometer, the incident Hermite-Gaussian laser beam or Ince-Gaussian laser beam will become multi-vortex laser beams. While passing specific Hermite-Gaussian laser beam (e.g., HGn,n+1 mode、HGn,n-1 mode) or Ince-Gaussian laser beam (Even IGp,p mode) through the apparatus, the resulting laser beam from interferometer will become vortex array laser beams. The transverse beam cross-section patterns of the resulting multi-vortex laser beams and vortex array laser beams are preserved while focusing or propagating.
