技術說明

利用層堆疊法塗佈帶電高分子奈米粒子與高分子於玻璃片上並沉析二氧化矽後，再去除塗佈之高分子製備具有抗反射、高穿透度的二氧化矽薄膜。其在可見光波長範圍之穿透高於96%且反射率小於2%。在此專利中，我們利用不同層數、高分子奈米粒子與溶液酸鹼值來改變二氧化矽薄膜的各種性質，如膜厚、孔隙度穿透波長的範圍與穿透度的大小。更重要的是，此薄膜可以有效地提高穿透度於大範圍波長的光線，額外的薄膜功能如疏水性、抗沾黏與抗磨耗能力等可以再加入。 The charged polymer nanoparticle and polymer can be coated on glass by layer-by-layer assembly, silica can be mineralized in the polymeric coating, and then anti-reflective (AR), high-transmission silica thin film can be prepared by removing the polymeric coating. These silica thin films exhibited the transmission up to 96% and the reflectance below 2% in the visible light wavelength. In this patent, the properties of AR coating such as thickness, porosity, transmission range and value are able to be controlled by the number of layers, polymer nanoparticle, and pH value of the solution. More importantly, this AR coating can effectively enhance the transmission in the wide range of visible light. Additional functionality such as hydrophilic, adhesion, and anti-sticking can be incorporated.
