技術說明

本發明提出一種具有帶通帶拒重置性響應之微波濾波器,此電路可依系統需求呈現帶通或者帶拒濾波特性。其原理是以電壓調控變容二極體,控制雙模環形共振器奇波模態和偶波模態的分離與結合,以形成帶通或帶拒的頻率響應。當無微擾時,奇波模和偶波模波速相同,在輸出埠相位相抵形成帶拒特性;當有電容性微擾時,奇波模和偶波模波速相異,在輸出埠相位分開形成帶通特性,並且在通帶兩旁具有兩個傳輸零點。此外,兩個不同的微擾變容器和輸出入微擾變容器之控制電壓電路,變為單一控制電路,以降低電路複雜度。 A novel reconfigurable bandpass-bandstop filter based on the varactor-loaded closed-ring resonators is described, where the bandpass and bandstop characteristics can be generated by appropriately controlling the varactor bias voltage. The reconfigurability is resulted from the perturbation on the even and odd modes of a closed-ring resonator. When the series-resonated varactor is tuned to be capacitive, the bandpass characteristic is generated and the passband bandwidth is controllable by the bias voltage. When the varactor is at the series resonance, the perturbation effect vanishes so that a bandstop characteristic is formed. During the tuning process, the coupling varactors at input and output ports are also tuned to maintain good return losses. Furthermore, to reduce the complexity of separately tuning the perturbation and I/O coupling capacitor, their bias circuits are carefully designed such that only a single control voltage is needed.
