技術說明

一種材料的接合方法，用以解決習知的接合方法導致材料產生缺陷的問題。係包含：提供二元件，各該元件分別具有一接合部；將各該元件置入一反應腔體內，於該反應腔體內通入一超臨界流體；及對各該元件加壓，使各該元件的該接合部相對接合。本發明另提供一種材料的分離方法。 A bonding method for materials is provided to overcome the problem where the bound materials tend to have deficits upon the conventional bonding method. The bonding method includes providing two components includes a binding portion and is disposed into a reaction chamber is filled with supercritical fluid. Pressure is applied to each of the components to bond the binding portions of the components to each other. The invention further includes a method for separating the materials.
