技術說明

本發明係有關於一種癌症轉移之評估方法及生物標記、及抑制癌症轉移之siRNA化合物，其中評估方法包括：提供一受試者之檢體樣品，檢體樣品係包括一正常組織、及一待檢組織；分別檢測正常組織、及待檢組織中之一生物標記之表現量，其中生物標記係為一絲胺酸蛋白抑制酶A亞型α1-抗胰蛋白酶(SERPINA1)；以及比較正常組織、及待檢組織中之生物標記之表現量，當待檢組織中之生物標記之表現量高於正常組織中之生物標記之表現量，代表受試者具有癌症轉移之風險。 A method and biomarker for evaluating cancer metastasis, and a siRNA compound for inhibiting cancer metastasis. The method of the present invention includes: providing a sample of a subject, which includs a normal tissue and a tumor tissue; detecting expression of a biological marker of the normal tissue and the tumor tissue, respectively, wherein the biological marker is alpha-1-antitrypsin (SERPINA1); and comparing the expression of the biological marker of the normal tissue and the tumor tissue. When the expression of the biological marker of the tumor tissue is higher than the normal tissue, it represents that the subject is suffered from the risk of cancer metastasis.
