燃料電池用觸媒的製備方法及膜電極組的製備方法PREPARING METHOD OF CATALYST FOR FUEL CELL AND PREPARING METHOD OF MEMBRANE ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY

本專利使用尿素以及尿酸再混和含鐵離子以及鈷離子的前驅物以及導電碳材,如奈米碳管、常用商用碳粉XC-72R、BP2000以及石墨烯等,利用微波爐以不同的處理時間和能量(瓦數)製備而成非白金觸媒,可以應用於燃料電池陰極端觸媒上。 在本專利中,將尿素或尿酸依照不同比例與鐵離子或鈷離子的前驅物以及導電碳材相混和,再加入乙醇或者是去離子水為溶劑,接著使用超音波震盪器震盪30~60分鐘後,再以迴旋濃縮儀將溶劑去除後,再將混和均勻的粉末放入陶瓷或氧化鋁乾鍋中,再放入用絕熱棉或恆溫棉(通常材質為氧化鋁或陶瓷)鋪好的燒杯中,將其覆蓋完整,接著放進家用微波爐中,以不同時間以及不同火力(瓦數)進行處理,時間到後即可將裡面的粉末取出,這樣即可完成低成本且零汙染的的非白金觸媒。 The urea, uric acid and carbon material (carbon nanotube, XC-72R, BP2000 and graphene), which are mixed with cobalt or iron precursors, are investigated in this study. The mixtures are treated by the microwave oven with various power and time to fabricate the non-precious metal catalysis for the fuel cell. The mixture, which includes urea, uric acid, cobalt precursors and iron precursor with various ratios, was used to fabricate non-precious metal catalysis. The suspension was dried to obtain the slurry. To undergo the pyrolysis, the slurry was loaded into a fused aluminum oxide boat, which was introduced into a microwave oven. The catalysis underwent the pyrolysis at various microwave power for various treating duration. Then, the producing process of catalysis was completed by this low-cost and zero-pollution procedure.
