技術說明

一種熱間管件液壓成形之摩擦試驗機，其主要包含一底座、一模具組、一擠桿以及一加熱裝置，該模具組係設置於該底座之一模具設置區，該模具組係包含有一外模具及一內模具，該內模具係容設於該外模具之一第一容置空間內，該擠桿係可移動地穿設於該內模具之一第二容置空間，該擠桿係具有一第一擠桿部及一結合於該第一擠桿部之第二擠桿部，且該擠桿內設有一第一管路及一第二管路，該第一管路係具有一流體入口及一流體出口，該第二管路係具有一入口及一出口，且該第二管路之該入口係高於該第一管路之該流體出口，該加熱裝置係設置於該內模具內，該加熱裝置係包含有至少一加熱器及一熱電偶。 An apparatus for friction test in hot tube hydroforming mainly includes a base, a mold module, a rod and heating module. The mold module including an outer mold and an inner mold is disposed on a mold zone of the base and the inner mold is set in a first cavity of the outer mold. The rod having a first rod part, a second rod part, a first route and a second route is movably disposed into a second cavity of the inner mold, and the first route has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, the second route has an inlet and an outlet, wherein the inlet of the second route is higher than the fluid outlet of the first route. The heating module including a heater and a thermocouple is disposed into the inner mold.
