以廢棄餐具作為黏合劑製作生質燃料的方法,及生質燃料的材料組成

為達到廢棄物減量及再生能源發展之雙贏局面,本專利以常見廢棄餐具(包括免洗竹筷及聚丙烯餐具)作為主要材料研製生質燃料及固體回收燃料之黏合劑,提供木質素及接合成分,可有效取代傳統木屑及澱粉作為黏合劑之成效,提升燃料造粒之熱值及穩定性。製作生質燃料(RDF)或固體回收燃料(SRF)主要步驟包括:原料預處理、摻配比例(含黏著劑)調和、造粒及焙燒,最後藉由專利布局闡述生質物之應用技術。 In order to achieve a win-win situation for waste reduction and renewable energy development, this patent uses waste utensils (including disposable chopsticks and polypropylene tablewares) as the main materials as binders of biofuels. These waste utensils are rich in lignin and are effective to replace wood chips and starch as binders. The biofuels and solid recovered fuels announced in this patent have higher calorific values and stability than previous research. The main steps of producing biofuels and solid recovered fuels include: raw material pretreatment, blending ratio, pelletization and torrefaction. Finally, the layout of this patent announces the applied technology of the biomass materials.
