技術說明

本研究利用不同電壓強度形式的交變電場和電磁場建立延緩更性呼吸水果-番茄劣變的現象，同時探討對於調控因子的影響。並將組織劣變指標結合介電參數，以生物電磁效應進行無損檢測更性呼吸水果品質之檢驗模組。 In this study, the use of different voltage intensity of the form of alternating electric field and electromagnetic field to establish a more delayed breathing fruit - tomato deterioration phenomenon, and explore the impact on the regulatory factors. And the tissue deterioration index combined with the dielectric parameters to the biological electromagnetic effect of non-destructive testing of the quality of more respiration fruit inspection module.
