技術說明

本發明為一種製冷設備的監測系統及方法，此監測系統包括一偵測裝置、一控制裝置及一指示裝置；偵測裝置對壓縮機的入口/出口的溫度及壓力、膨脹閥的出口壓力及壓縮機的功率進行偵測；控制裝置利用前述溫度及壓力值以查表方式運算得到一效率值，且判斷於該製冷系統效率值小於一製冷效率值時判斷為異常模式；指示裝置若於異常模式時會產生異常提示訊號；藉由偵知是否處於異常模式，進而通知使用者以利進行排除故障，達到節約能源之目的。 A refrigeration equipment monitoring system and method.The monitoring system includes a detection device, a control device and an indicating device; detection device on the compressor inlet / outlet temperature and pressure, outlet pressure of the expansion valve and compressor power to detect; control device using the aforementioned temperature and pressure values to the table look the way computing the value of an efficiency.
