技術說明

極心線（或稱瞬心線）常用於描述兩物體間之運動特性。人類膝關節極心線為描述膝關節相對運動用最精確的一種方法。可用於設計輔具及義肢。傳統量測人類膝關節瞬心線之方法係拍攝膝關節運動時之連續X光照片，然後從X光照片量測及計算出極心線。 本發明利用運動學原理，設計出一種具有三自由度之測試椅，上面裝有二個角度解碼器(encoder)及一個光學尺。人類之膝關節運動可直接從三個解碼器所擷取之數據，計算出膝關節瞬心線。是一種具有快速、非侵入式及無輻射三個優點之新方法。 本技術除可用於設計輔具及義肢外，亦可應用於客製化之人工膝關節之設計。製作最接近於原來健康膝關節運動特性之人工膝關節。 The polode, also called centrode, is commonly used to describe the relative motion between two rigid bodies. The centrode of human knee joint can describe the motion of the knee joint precisely. The traditional method for measuring the centrode of human knee joints is taking a consequence X-ray photos while the knee joint is moving, and then using graphic methods to find the centrode. Using the kinematics, this invention develops a testing bench which has three degrees of freedom. Two angular encoders and one linear encoder are equipped on the bench. The relative motion of knee joint can be measured through the reading of three encoders, and then the centrode of the knee joint can be calculated. This method provides a fast, non- radiation, and non-invasive way to measuring the centrode of human knee joint. This method is helpful to design the rehabilitation machine, artificial knee, and custom made prosthesis.
