技術說明

本發明提供一種於有機相存在下，利用脂肪分解酵素催化動力分割外消旋N-醯基唑類來生產鏡像異構酸或其酯類衍生物之方法，包含下列步驟： 1. 提供一種由下式(I)所示且含有R型及S型鏡像異構物之外消旋N-醯基唑類化合物： 其中，n、R1、R2及X之定義如說明書及申請專利範圍所界定； 2. 在一有機溶劑存在下，藉由利用一脂肪分解酵素(lipase)做為觸媒，對該式(I)所示之化 合物進行動力分割反應。 The present invention provides a method for the kinetic resolution of (R,S)-acylazoles in the presence of organic solvents via lipase thereof comprising the following step: (1) providing a (R,S)-N-acylazole compound thereof represented by the following formula (I) and having R-form and S-form enantiomers: (2) carrying out a kinetic resolution of said compound represented by the formula (I) by utilizing a lipase as the catalyst in the presence of organic solvents.
