技術說明

一種穿透式電子顯微鏡試片，包含第一電子穿透層、第二電子穿透層、間隔層及承載層。第二電子穿透層具有第一開口、第二開口及位於第一開口與第二開口之間的觀測區。間隔層夾置於第一電子穿透層與第二電子穿透層之間，具有容置空間連通第一開口及第二開口。承載層位於第二電子穿透層之上，且具有觀察窗、第一注入孔及第二注入孔。觀察窗實質上對準觀測區及容置空間，且第一注入孔及第二注入孔分別連通第一開口及第二開口。 A transmission electron microscope (TEM) specimen includes a first electron-transport layer, a second electron-transport layer, a spacer layer and a carrier layer. The second electron-transport layer has a first opening, a second opening and a viewing area between the first and second openings. The spacer layer is disposed between the first and second electron-transport layer and has a containing area connecting the first and second openings. The carrier layer is over the second electron-transport layer and has a viewing window, a first injection hole, and a second injection hole. The viewing window is substantially aligned with the viewing area and the containing area, and the first and second injection hole connects the first and second opening, respectively.
