技術說明

一種風力發電機之電子剎車調速裝置，適用於接收一三相全波整流電路的一直流電壓並輸出至一直流換流器，該整流電路具有一輸出端，該換流器具有一輸入端，該裝置包含：一剎車單元、一溢位偵測電路及一控制與驅動電路。該剎車單元電連接於該輸出端與該輸入端之間，並可在一截止模式與一會產生電流的導通模式間切換。該偵測電路會偵測該直流電壓值是否高於一上限電壓值。若是，該偵測電路會啟動該控制與驅動電路，進而使該剎車單元切換至該導通模式，使該直流電壓之能量因為電流產生而損耗，直到該直流電壓值下降至低於該上限電壓值為止。 This patent develops a dynamic electron brake with the speed control for the wind generator. When the power of the wind generator is higher than the grid utility of the inverter, the semiconductor is trigging to transmit the DC bus power into the register that absorbs the redundant energy to maintain the DC voltage under the rate region of the inverter. This circuit with clamped technology by the utilization of a low-voltage-rated device with a smaller RDS(on) can protect inverter to avoid over voltage and control the wind generator at a high speed of safety limits, there are useful to increase the inject power. The effectiveness of the designed circuits is verified by experimentation with 3kW power.
