技術說明

本發明之目的在於提供一種連桿式無段變速裝置，其具有構造簡單、可靠度高、能以定扭矩運轉、傳動效率相對較高、以及成本低等優點，此外，可在運動中適時調速，且調速範圍和功率範圍廣等功效，可用以解決習知技術無法同時兼具效率高、壽命長及無段變速之問題。 本發明主要由主傳動機構、輸出機構(單向離合器)和調速機構所組成，其工作原理係以連桿機構組成一個相位，由至少三個相位組合成為一個變速機構，經由單向離合器的過濾作用，輸出符合單向離合器過濾條件的轉速，並利用改變連桿機構中各桿件間的尺寸關係達成無段變速的功能。 The purpose of this invention lies in provides one kind of linkage-based continuously variable transmission, it has advantages of the structure to be simple, high reliability, transmission efficiency to be relatively high, as well as the low cost.
