技術說明

本發明係為一種具有光波導結構之發射端模組和接收端模組，應用於對電信號或光信號之轉換與傳輸上，該發射端模組包含有：一半導體基板、一第一膜層、一電信號傳輸單元、一光源單元、一第二膜層以及一光波導結構。其中光源單元用以接收電信號，並將其轉換成光信號後發射；光波導結構的一反射面係和光源單元相對應，而光信號能穿透第一膜層、半導體基板和第二膜層進入光波導結構，並經由反射面之反射而進入一光波導結構主體中以進行傳輸。而該接收端模組係具有相似之構造；該接收端模組係由其中的一光檢測單元接收其所包含之一光波導結構所反射的光信號，並將其轉換成電信號後進行傳輸。 The present invention relates to a transmitter module and a receiver module with optical waveguide structure applied to conversion and transmission of electrical signals or optical signals. The transmitter module includes a semiconductor substrate, an electrical signal transmission unit, a light source unit, and an optical waveguide structure. The light source unit converts electrical signals and into optical signals to be emitted. A reflective surface of the optical waveguide structure corresponds to the light source unit. The optical signals pass the semiconductor substrate and enter in the optical waveguide structure, and then are reflected by the reflective surface so as to be transmitted in the main body of the optical waveguide structure. The receiver module has a similar structure. An optical detection unit of the receiver module converts the optical signals reflected by the optical waveguide structure thereof into electrical signals for transmission.
