技術說明

一種轉移薄膜的方法。首先提供一第一元件結構，其中所述第一元件結構包括一第一基材及形成於所述第一基材上的一功能膜層。接著，完全去除第一基材。完全去除第一基材的步驟包括執行蝕刻步驟與研磨步驟。蝕刻步驟用以腐蝕第一基材，而研磨步驟則用來平整化被腐蝕第一基材，並將第一基材完全清除。在完全移除所述第一基材之後，將功能膜層貼附於第二基材上，以形成一第二元件結構。 A method of transferring thin film is provided. Firstly, a first device structure is provided, and the first device structure includes a first substrate and a functional layer formed thereon. Subsequently, the first substrate is removed completely by an etching step and a grinding step for planarization of the etched first substrate. After the first substrate is completely removed, the functional layer is attached to a second substrate to form a second device structure.
