技術說明

一種溫度補償電路包括第一電流源、第二電流源、第三電流源、第四電流源、第一電流鏡及第二電流鏡。第一電流源電性耦接電源電壓。第二電流源電性耦接於第一電流源與參考電位之間。第三電流源電性耦接電源電壓。第四電流源電性耦接於第三電流源與參考電位之間。第一電流鏡之第一電晶體電性耦接第一電流源與參考電位，及第二電晶體電性耦接參考電位，且透過電阻電性耦接能隙參考電路之輸出端。第二電流鏡之第三電晶體電性耦接第三電流源與電性耦接參考電位，及第四電晶體電性耦接參考電位，且透過電阻電性耦接能隙參考電路之輸出端。 A temperature compensation circuit includes a first current source, a second current source, a third current source, a fourth current source, a first current mirror and a second current mirror. The first current source is coupled to a supply voltage. The second current source is coupled between the first current source and a reference voltage. The third current source is coupled to the supply voltage. The fourth current source is coupled between the third current source and the reference voltage. A first transistor of the first current mirror is coupled to the first current source and the reference voltage. A second transistor of the first current mirror is coupled to the reference voltage, and it is also coupled to an output terminal of a bandgap reference circuit through a resistor. A third transistor of the second current mirror is coupled to the third current source and the reference voltage.
