應用於協助癌症診斷的跨染色及多生物標記方法

本發明提出一種跨染色及多生物標記方法。此方法的主要技術特徵在於,先將組織切片之影像分組為H&E染色組織影像與IHC染色組織影像,再接著將不同組別的IHC染色組織影像與H&E染色組織影像執行一跨染色影像註冊與融合處理,進以獲得複數幀跨染色組織影像。進一步地,便可以利用特別設計的生物標記之表現辨識流程,對所獲得的該複數幀跨染色組織影像執行一腫瘤辨識與定量分析,最終能夠自動地辨識該組織檢體所患有的癌症之癌細胞類型及其比率。可想而知,在搭配使用本發明的情況下,醫生不需要以人工辨識的方式辨別組織檢體中所患有的癌症之類型,是以能夠避免人工辨識造成任何可能的判斷錯誤。 The present invention discloses a cross-staining and multi-biomarker method for assisting in cancer diagnosis, comprising technology processes of firstly dividing a plurality of image frames of tissue sections to a group of H&E staining tissue images and a group of IHC staining tissue images, and subsequently applying an image registration and fusion process to at least two cross-staining tissue images consisting of at least one H&E staining tissue image and at least one IHC staining tissue image, thereby producing a plurality of frames of cross-staining tissue images. Consequently, by applying a carcinoma verifying and quantifying analysis to the plurality of frames of cross-staining tissue images based on a particularly-designed biomarker expression recognizing flow, various carcinoma types constituted by cancer cells can be effectively detected from the tested tissue sample and eventually diagnosed. Besides, an enrichment ratio of each of the diagnosed carcinomas can also be simultaneously calculated. Therefore, it is presumed that the specific type of cancer contained by a tissue sample can be better diagnosed by doctors under the implementation of the present invention’s method, without using any human identification.
