技術說明

一種共面波導接地面缺陷裝置，包含一基板、一訊號線、一第一接地面與一第二接地面。該第 一、二接地面係間隔位於該訊號線兩側，而分別形成有一間隙。此第一、二接地面分別載設於 該基板上，並包含二個平行於該間隙的凹槽，以及一銜接在該等凹槽之間的連結槽，該連結槽 再連通於該間隙。該等凹槽與該連結槽組構成該第一、二接地面的缺陷結構。 A coplanar-waveguide defected ground structure includes a substrate, a signal line, a first grounding surface, and a second grounding surface. The first grounding surface and the second grounding surface are positioned in the opposite flanks of the signal line. There are two spaces between the first grounding surface and the signal line and between the second grounding surface and the signal line. The first grounding surface and the second grounding surface are located on the substrate. Each grounding surface includes two horizontal grooves parallel to the space and a connecting groove communicating to the horizontal grooves. Therefore, the horizontal grooves and the connecting groove form the defected structures of the first grounding surface and the second grounding surface.
