技術說明

本發明提供一種精密型機械的檢測方法，其主要包含步驟：提供一精密型機械，包含至少一個操作點；組裝一微型麥克風與該精密型機械；使用該微型麥克風感測該精密型機械的一震動訊號；將該震動訊號轉換成一聲紋圖譜；判斷該聲紋圖譜中該操作點對應的一特徵聲紋訊號峰，以該特徵聲紋訊號峰作為該精密型機械的一正常聲紋數據，其中當該聲紋圖譜包含該正常聲紋數據以外的異常聲紋訊號，或該特徵聲紋訊號峰消失，則該精密型機械被判斷為一異常狀況。 A method of detecting a precision machine is provided with steps of providing a precision machine comprising at least an operating point; assembling a miniature microphone and the precision machine; detecting a vibration signal of the precision machine by the miniature microphone; transferring the vibration signal into a voiceprint map; determining a feature voiceprint peak respectively corresponding to the operating point to construct a normal voiceprint data, wherein the precision machine is determined to be abnormal if the voiceprint map comprises any voiceprint peak other than the normal voiceprint data, or any of the feature voiceprint peak is disappear.
