技術說明

歡呼椅主要利用3mm的PP板材料，運用折疊型態，將整張材料透過類似摺紙的方式，設計出兼具外觀與承重結構的產品，只需使用人工，不需要任何機器與工具輔助，就能將其由平面折成立體的家具。 在製造上使用CNC加工的方式免除傳統開模具製造的高額成本，降低新產品推出時所面臨市場接受度考驗的投資風險，同時透過卡接的設計方式，不需要使用任何工具或零件就能完成組裝。運用環保的PP材料，在產品生命週期結束後，材料可回收再利用。 Hurray Chair is inspired by Origami techniques from the past, plain sheets of 3 mm polypropylene are scored with the use of CNC milling, and then folded by hand into the final product. Its high load-bearing capacity is also derived from structural folding, in combination with the choice of material, without the use of screws or adhesive glue. This simple structure requires extremely few resources and energy for manufacturing so it can be an answer for the sustainable future. And the low cost to produce will make it a low price product so anybody who wants to use will be able to have it.
