技術說明

本技術所提出之混合式再生能源發電系統架構，結合太陽光電(Photovoltaic, PV)面板、智慧換流器(Smart Inverter, SI)、儲能裝置(Energy Storage Device, ESD)等設備，透過最適化調控機制，使其PV系統發電輸出最大化，同時亦可在PV發電不穩定時，透過SD之調控使其發電輸出平滑化，當PV系統發電過多而影響電壓品質時，可藉由ESD將過剩電能加以儲存，以提升再生能源有效利用。另一方面，當配電系統電壓變動過大時，透過自我調控機制對SI進行功率因數調控，可有效抑制系統供電電壓過高之問題。 This technology proposes a hybrid renewable energy generation system including photovoltaic arrays, smart inverters, and energy storages. The control of smart inverters for reactive power compensation and active power reduction is performed to achieve the mitigation of high voltage problems so that the PV penetration in smart distribution grid can be increased. Grid-tied PV energy smoothing was implemented by using an energy storage device to both charge and discharge as required to smooth the inverter energy output from the PV array when the PV power generation fluctuates according to the available solar resource.
