技術說明

本發明有關於一種新型微針貼片,其可藉由近紅外光(near-IR)驅動,控制藥物由微針釋放之新型藥物貼片,擬將具有光熱轉換效應之奈米分子及生物可分解性高分子結合,開發出可依需求控制藥物釋放速度之高分子微針貼片。微針所包覆之奈米粒子能在吸收近紅外光後將其轉換為熱能,加熱微針使其熔化並釋放出藥物。此外,經由照光強度、時間與頻率的掌控,發展出不同釋放劑型之微針貼片,非侵入式地控制藥物的釋放,更易掌握藥物作用的時間,降低藥物的副作用並發揮最佳的治療效果。 In this study, a polymeric microneedle patch, which is consisted of biodegradable polymer and photothermal nanoparticles (NPs), using near-infrared (NIR) light as a trigger for drug release is proposed as a novel transdermal drug delivery device. The light remote release is desired in drug delivery system because of the possibility for external control of the light intensity and modulation and because of its noninvasive character. The proposed microneedle patches can release encapsulated drugs upon stimulation with NIR due to local heating of the NPs within microneedles. The NPs induce NIR absorption that allows efficient heat transfer directly to the microneedles and results in the melting of microneedles. The drug release from the microneedle patch can be easily controlled by the adjustment of the parameters of NIR light.
