動態群播金鑰之產生暨群播資訊加密與傳送方法及其應用：一種動態群播金鑰之產生暨群播資訊加密與傳送方法，其步驟包含金鑰分配、群播訊息加密以及群播，其中，該金鑰分配係一群播金鑰管理者對合法之每一成員，以亂數方式選擇一質數組傳給每一成員的作為私鑰；群播訊息加密以一餘數定理運算法將每位合法之成員的私鑰及一秘密訊息參數運算，得到一安全參數予以群播；每一成員在有其他成員加入或離開，仍可利用其私鑰打開該安全參數取得明文。 This encrypt and transmit multicast information by dynamic multicast key. The process is Key Distribution, Encryption of Multicast Information and Multicast. Key Distribution is that a multicast key manager randomly calculates a pair of prime number as privacy key to send to every privilege member; Encryption of Multicast Information is that calculating privacy key of each privilege member and privacy message by remainder theorem algorithm and then multicast the obtained security parameter. Most of all, every member can still obtain the security parameter by its privacy key, even if someone enters or leaves.
