技術說明

本發明係揭露一種光敏性複合材料，該光敏性複合材料係藉由一混合溶液所形成，上述混合溶液包含一電子予體(electron donor)、一電子受體(electron acceptor)、 一結晶促進劑與一以富勒烯為結構主體之加工助劑(fullerene-based processing additive)。其中，上述結晶促進劑能使得電子予體獲得較佳結晶性與/或較佳秩序之分子排列，讓共軛分子具有較長的有效共軛長度、光吸收係數與載子移動率，而上述加工助劑則能抑制電子受體之過度聚集，藉此提升光電轉換效率。 The present invention discloses a class of photoactive composite for photovoltaic cells and photodiodes. The composite is prepared from a solution which comprises an electron donor, an electron acceptor, a crystal-inducing agent and a fullerene-based processing additive. The disclosed crystal-inducing agent is employed to enhance the crystallinity and/or the formation of ordered packing of electron donor material during drying process, leading to the increment of effective conjugation length, absorption coefficient and carrier mobility. Furthermore, the processing additive can restrain the electron acceptor from large-scale aggregation and then raise the efficiency of photovoltaic devices.
