技術說明

而隨著發光二極體製程在磊晶、蝕刻、沉積等等的製程良率不斷的提高下，除了藉由提出不同結構的組成之外，電極圖形的設計不管是在導通電壓、發光亮度、轉換效率上皆扮演著舉足輕重的角色；其中，就該發光二極體發光亮度之提升而言，主要可分為磊晶改善、製程改善、或是封裝改善〔如Flip Chip〕等。本發明係有關於一種發光二極體發光亮度快速檢測方法，其主要係由發光二極體電極圖形，利用該發光二極體之透明導電層〔TCL〕面積減掉正電極〔P極〕面積加上正電極〔P極〕與負電極〔N極〕之重疊面積，即能檢測出該發光二極體發光亮度之強弱；藉此，以減少設計上所花費的時間，同時降低製作成本，而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。 The present invention re1ates to a rapid evaluating method of 1uminous intensity of a light-emitting diode (LED), which has a LED electrode configuration compared; wherein, a superficial measure of the LED transparent conductive layer (TCL) subtracts a superficial measure of a positive electrode (P-electrode) and then adds an overlapping superficial measure between the positive electrode (P-electrode) and a negative electrode (N-electrode), so as to evaluate the value of the luminous intensity of the LED. Accordingly, the taken time in this design can be decreased and the manufacturing cost also can be reduced at the same time.
