本發明係在提供一種誘發真菌二次代謝產物生合成的方法，其係利用迫使真菌進行細胞凋亡而誘發其二次代謝產物之生合成，誘發真菌二次代謝產物生合成的方法包含提供一真菌的一菌絲體，並將菌絲體培養一預設培養時間後，將具有一有效濃度的一細胞凋亡誘導物傳輸至菌絲體，並將之培養一預設誘導時間，最後再萃取並純化菌絲體之二次代謝產物，即可獲得包含靈芝酸（Gandoric acid）的二次代謝產物。本發明提供一種能夠增加真菌二次代謝產物的產率以及產量的方法，利用本發明的方法能夠讓真菌二次代謝產物的產量相對於以往增加2至3倍。 A method for inducing secondary metabolites production of Fungus utilizing apoptosis mechanism is provided and includes providing a mycelium of Fungus, and culturing the mycelium for a predetermined culturing duration. Then, administering an effective amount of an apoptosis-inducing compound to the mycelium for a predetermined inducing duration. Afterwards, extracting and purifying the secondary metabolites of the mycelium, and further obtaining secondary metabolites which contains Ganoderic acids.
