技術說明

一種檢測平台，包括：基材；以及化學鍵結於該基材之一側的表面改質層，其中，該表面改質層具活性酯基，以供結合具胺基之目標蛋白。本發明復提供其製造方法及使用方法。藉由本發明之檢測平台，可檢測更低濃度之目標蛋白、提升量測準確性及縮短檢測時間，具簡易操作且迅速檢測之優點。 The present invention provides a test platform comprising substrate; a surface modification layer chemically bonded to one side of the substrate having active ester groups for immobilizing the protein of interest with amine group. The present invention further provides the manufacturing method and the using method of the test platform. With the test platform of invention, the lower detection limit, higher detector stability, fast detection and easy working could be thus implemented.
