技術說明

查耳酮類屬於天然物中常見之黃酮類骨架化合物。文獻上已經有相當多的活性甚至機轉之研究，但至今仍鮮少有關治療動脈粥狀硬化的研究。本團隊以人類主動脈平滑肌細胞為測試平台，篩選化學資料庫之化合物，觀察化合物抑制細胞增生之效果。結果發現查耳酮類AN07系列衍生物為最有效之化合物。 本發明係提供一種具有抗動脈粥狀硬化效果的組合物及其合成方法，其中本發明利用化學方法合成多種新穎的黃酮類化合物，利用不同的起始物、反應物及中間產物，產生多種不同之衍生物。 Chalcone is a kind of well-known flavonoids from natural source. So far, there are a lot of active and mechanical evidences on it but rare anti-anthrosclerosis related researches. We use human aorta smooth muscle cell line (HASMC) to evaluate whether compound’s efficacy on anti-proliferation from our chemical bank. The results showed that AN07 series compounds (chalcone derivates) were the most potential candidates. The present invention provides a composition having the anti-ethrosclerosis effect and a synthesis method for preparation flavonoids, wherein the novel flavonoids include derivatives that synthesized from different initiators, reactants, and intermediates.
