有機發光二極體及其製備方法

【中文】 本發明提供一種有機發光二極體的製備方法,其包含提供一基板及進行一層狀結構形成步驟。進行層狀結構形成步驟時,係於基板上依序形成一陽極層、一反光層、一發光層及一陰極層,以獲得一有機發光二極體,其中反光層之材料為一準晶材料。藉此,可以提升有機發光二極體的發光效率及發光強度,更可以降低製備反光層時的複雜度,有利於大規模製程。 【英文】 A manufacturing method of an organic light-emitting diode according to the present disclosure includes steps as follows. A substrate is provided and a layered structure forming step is performed. In the layered structure forming step, an anode layer, a reflective layer, an emissive layer and a cathode layer are sequentially formed on the substrate, and an organic light-emitting diode is obtained. The material of the reflective layer is a quasicrystalline material. In this regard, the luminous efficiency and intensity of the organic light-emitting diode are enhanced. The complexity of forming the reflective layer is also reduced, which facilitates the large-scale production.
